We believe in being professional and we act that way.

Our quotes are based on the value of our work and we work hard

to ensure that you receive the full value of our services.

If this is the type of inspector that you want,

then you have found a great group of inspectors to work with.

What is "CRI" ?  CRI is an abbreviation for "Certified Real-estate Inspector."  MI-NAHI members are

encouraged to strive for excellence and to grow.  New inspectors typically begin their NAHI membership

with "Provisional" status before they are accepted to "Regular" Membership.  When a member has

performed the requisite number of inspections and and passed his/her proctored, National Inspection Exam

(not an on-line quiz), they are able to apply for CRI status.  NAHI audits CRI inspector reports annually to

ensure that the public is receiving the highest quality inspections.  CRI Inspectors have higher, annual

continuing education requirements compared to Provisional and Regular members.

At their web site, NAHI lists all inspector members according to their membership status. (www.NAHI.org)

MI-NAHI exists to promote Provisional Inspectors to achieve Regular Member

status and then to achieve their CRI qualification.
