(Continuing Education) - What sets us apart

NAHI
requires its members to obtain annual re-education to maintain high skill
levels.
The Michigan NAHI Chapter meets monthly with
industry experts from a very wide range of fields
to learn about all of the systems of a home, what makes them work and what makes them break.
We spend these meetings questioning industry experts and ourselves on defects, materials, their
application and possible inspection methods. Learning how to find new problems is key to being
a great inspector. The Buyer benefits from this process by getting an inspector with current
knowledge of old and new systems. Often, we discover that conditions once considered to be
safe are not. We use this growth in knowledge and skill to protect buyers from subtle dangers
and risks. You can find our meeting schedule on the first page of this web site and all are welcome
to join us at these meetings.
